• Kingston - General attendance (non-resident) – $1,750.00
  Select this option for in-person attendance in Kingston.
  
  Available to anyone NOT currently registered in a PHPM residency program at a Canadian university
• Kingston - Resident – $925.00
  Select this option for in-person attendance in Kingston.
  Available to current PHPM residents enrolled in a Canadian university program.
• Kingston - resident group rate
  To qualify for the group rate, all R4 and R5 residents from a university’s residency program must be enrolled in the NRC and the residency program must pay the registration fees on behalf of the residents.
  
  To access this rate, send a request to the NRC project manager at phpm.reviewcourse@gmail.com.
  
  The group rate cost per resident is $850. However, payment will be facilitated by invoice to the resident's program and residents are not required to pay upon registration.
• Vancouver - General attendance (non-resident) – $1,750.00

  Select this option if you would like to register for an individual NRC session.
