NCCMT: Implementation and Evaluation Workshop

Now that you’ve decided to change practice, what’s next? This workshop will explore how you can adapt, implement and evaluate public health initiatives. The session is designed for public health staff who lead or support public health programs or projects.  

In this session, you will learn how to: 

• adapt programs to the local context  
• develop an implementation plan 
• plan and collect data for evaluation
