Ecological and climatic changes are contributing to the northward expansion of tick populations. As a result, the incidence of tick-borne diseases such as Lyme disease has been on the rise in Canada for more than a decade. More recently, cases of anaplasmosis have also increased in the Quebec province. This webinar will present an overview of current knowledge on animal reservoirs and on the distribution of this pathogen in the Canadian context, using a One Health perspective.
