A full day symposium will take place in-person at the Chan Auditorium, located at the BC Children's Hospital Research Institute (938 W 28th Ave, Vancouver, BC). There will also be an opportunity for participants to stream this event virtually via Zoom.
We welcome anyone interested in injury prevention, including past and present collaborators and key partners. This includes, but is not limited to, public health researchers and practitioners, policy makers, NGOs, educators, Indigenous peoples, community providers, first responders, and those working with priority and under-served populations.
This symposium will reflect on all of the BCIRPU's achievements over the past 25 years, including the Vision Zero in Road Safety Grant Program, and will also provide insight on our goals and priorities for injury prevention in the years to come.
