Our May Innovation Round features the Office of Spread and Scale (OSS), a new group at Women’s College Hospital which aims to amplify successful models of care and innovative programs beyond our hospital walls, while learning from the success of others. The presentation will focus on the science of spread and scale, the importance of planning for spread and scale early in your work, the services the OSS offers and their ongoing projects.

About the presenters:
Celia Laur is a postdoctoral CIHR Health System Impact Fellow with a focus on implementation science, sustainability, spread and scale. Rumaisa Khan is the Innovation Spread and Scale Lead at the Peter Gilgan Centre for Women's Cancers at WCH, where she works to develop, evaluate, and spread and scale innovative models of care that push the envelope on women’s cancers. Alyssa Kelly is an implementation science trainee with the OSS, while also working on her PhD at the University of Toronto, in the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME).
