This webinar, presented in partnership with Health Canada, explores the opportunities for public health staff to assess and report on the health equity impacts of a changing climate. Participants will also receive practical guidance on how to centre equity in climate adaptation and community resilience policies and programs.

This event will take place in English, with simultaneous French interpretation.

Ce webinaire est une présentation de Santé Canada et se déroulera en anglais avec interprétation simultanée en français. Les conférencières traiteront des mécanismes que pourrait employer le personnel de la santé publique pour évaluer et communiquer les effets du climat changeant sur l’équité en santé. Elles donneront en outre quelques conseils utiles sur la manière de protéger l’équité dans les politiques et les programmes d’adaptation au changement climatique et de résilience communautaire.
