Very little influenza circulated in the Southern Hemisphere during the 2020 respiratory virus season, potentially due to measures to control COVID-19. It is possible that little influenza will circulate in the Northern Hemisphere as well, however it is important to plan for possible co-circulation of COVID-19, influenza and other respiratory viruses.
